TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Pet owners and guests with children should bare in mind that the property is secured with electric fencing. There is a pool net available on request. We will not be held responsible for any theft, damage or injuries for any person or any circumstance. It is the guest’s responsibility to make sure that the electric gate closes properly when leaving and entering the property. It is the guest’s responsibility to lock all doors including the small gates to the beach when leaving the property. Air-conditioners should be switched off when leaving the property. Please do not leave the air-conditioners on for long periods of time. Please ensure that the gas bottles are closed after use. The breakage fee will be refunded to the guest if there are no damages to the property. We reserve the right to keep the breakage fee in any circumstance of any damage or broken goods of the property.
